Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. For oversized furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Do you offer international shipping for Nook Collections products?
Currently, we ship to all domestic locations. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates on global availability.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order history and status by logging into your Nook Collections account.
